Privacy Policy

§ 1. Data Controller
The controller of personal data processed through VIARTEM ANALYTICS (https://kalkulator.viartem.pl) is VIARTEM sp. z o.o., ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 6, 72-320 Trzebiatow, Poland, KRS 0001052477, NIP 8571937218. Contact for data protection matters: kalkulator@viartem.pl.
§ 2. Purposes, Data Categories and Legal Bases

§ 3. Location Data
To generate a Report, the User provides an address or geographic coordinates. Such data may identify a plot, analysis point or potential turbine installation location. It is processed only to generate the Report, handle the order, archive performed services and handle a consultation if requested by the User.
Location data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be provided to geocoding, map and weather-data providers only to the extent necessary to generate the Report, generally as coordinates without the User's email address.
§ 4. Recipients
- Stripe Technology Europe Limited — payment processing.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, only according to cookie-panel consent.
- Hosting, server, email, backup and maintenance providers.
- Weather-data, mapping and geocoding providers — coordinates needed for Report generation.
- IT tools supporting development, maintenance and software security, including AI tools, with data minimisation.
- Accounting providers, legal advisers and public authorities where required by law.
§ 5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, in particular to Stripe, Google LLC and selected IT, analytics or payment providers. Transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

§ 7. Data Subject Rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, withdrawal of consent and lodging a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). Requests may be sent to kalkulator@viartem.pl. We respond within 30 days, extendable to 90 days for complex cases.
§ 8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application uses necessary, analytics and marketing cookies. Necessary cookies support sessions, CSRF protection, language and consent status. Analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics 4, are used to analyze traffic and improve service quality. Marketing and advertising cookies, such as Google Ads, are used for conversion measurement, ad personalization and remarketing.
Consent Mode v2 distinguishes, among others, ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. The User may accept all cookies, reject optional cookies or customize consent. Preferences can be changed through “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
§ 9. Security
VIARTEM applies technical and organizational safeguards including HTTPS/TLS, password hashing, access restrictions and security reviews. Payment-card data is not stored by VIARTEM. In the event of a personal data breach, VIARTEM will take actions required under GDPR.
§ 10. Marketing and VIARTEM Shop
The Application is commercially linked to the VIARTEM Shop (sklep.viartem.pl). Shop links may contain UTM parameters for campaign attribution without transferring personal data. Application data is not automatically shared with the Shop for marketing purposes. Google Ads remarketing operates only after marketing-cookie consent. Email marketing is sent only after separate consent.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in law, functionality or providers. Account holders may be notified of material changes at least 14 days in advance. The current version is available at /privacy_policy/en.
